My new venture, 1812 Park LLC, leverages my skills and experience over the past 25 years as an executive, CEO and entrepreneur in the wealth management industry. I am fortunate to have helped build two high-value and high-profile companies - Fortigent LLC and Lydian Wealth Management. I have learned many valuable lessions along the way and can utilize them as I help guide CEO’s and Boards in developing and executing on their long-term strategies and business plans.

1812 Park is not a typical consulting practice. I work with a select group of Advisors on an annual retainer and am positioned as an extension of their executive team. Most successful wealth management firms are in a constant state of adaption. I help Advisors execute their strategy, build scale and implement best-practices. In addition, I enjoy my role as an indendent board member for a variety of SEC registered funds.

"What gets measure, gets results."

-Peter Drucker

Peter Drucker once said, “what gets measured, gets managed.”  Holding people accountable is key to a manager's ability to deliver results. Key performance indicators (KPI’s) are a great way of measuring how you are doing and knowing which activities are driving results.

1812 Park's mission is to provide long-term guidance and solutions to private wealth managment companies. We do not do projects, we do partnerships. We strive for growth and know how to get there. We want to work with companies for an extended period of time and be part of the process to set your company up for long term success. To make this possible we charge an annual retainer and often take a small amount of equity in our partnerships. We also provide consultation to firms by occupying a seat on a partner firm's board, or request to be a part of the executive team to have a direct impact on the decision making process. Seeing eye to eye with our partners is very important to us and your interests are of the utmost importance to 1812 Park. Our goal is success through collaboration.

Today, the private wealth management field is experiencing a democritization and decentralization. Online firms are driving down fees, investors from different walks of life are engaging in market activity and firms are helping to commoditize the investment side of the business. Our goal is to facilitate this healthy change and to keep client engagement. In this process it is essential to keep the investment advisors actively involved. We will solve your complex problems with pragmatic, creative solutions by asking the right questions. We will create a culture that will foster growth within your company.
